Asistentii sociali din intreaga lume celebreaza pe 21 martie Ziua Asistentei Sociale.

In Romania, Colegiul National al Asistenților Sociali promovează profesia de asistent social prin organizarea unor manifestări in cadrul „Zilelor Asistenței Sociale”. Astfel, în luna martie, la nivelul fiecăreri sucursale CNAS se desfăsoară workshop-uri, conferințe, acțiuni de promovare a asistenței sociale și profesioniștilor din domeniu.

Cu acest prilej, in  județul Dolj vor avea loc două evenimente:

  • „Biblioteca vie pentru asistența socială”, pe 29 martie 2017, între orele 14.00 și 17.00, în foaierul Teatrului Național din Craiova, . „Cărțile” vor fi asistenți sociali, iar cititorii, studenți ai Facultății de Științe Sociale. Parteneri: Universitatea din Craiova – Facultatea de Științe Sociale, Fundația Terre des Hommes, A.C.C.E.S Oltenia.
  • Workshop-ul cu tema: Promovarea sustenabilității comunității si mediului, care va avea loc pe 31 martie, începând cu ora 14.00, în Amfiteatrul Drăgan, Universitatea din Craiova. Parteneri: Universitatea din Craiova – Facultatea de Științe Sociale, Fundația Terre des Hommes, DGASPC Dolj, Asociația Vasiliada.
