HOPe Restaurant, created and run by the Foundation for Social Change and Inclusion (FSCI) NGO in Sofia, Bulgiaria, is a 'restaurant with excellent food and a noble mission'. 

HOPe Restaurant opened its doors in September 2016, and has since offered customers a carefully selected menu adjusted to Bulgarian traditions and world trends. The restaurant supports the Opportunity Home Programme, a 'network of monitored housing for young people who have grown up in foster homes'.
