A former high school teacher wrote a very frank piece admitting inappropriate behavior at the start of his career (at the age of 24). The man described himself as a very laid-back teacher who welcomed the admiration of his students, eventually engaging in relationships with them. He mentioned one girl, with whom he was fairly forthcoming at a bar, and whose "no" he did not accept as an answer. He also built an exploitative sexual relationship with another student shortly after her graduation. The man has since quit teaching and is studying to become a rabbi. He considers this confession an apology, and requests forgiveness.
