Annual Report 2006

2006 Annual report of the International Federation of Terre des hommes. Terre des hommes supports or run 1207 development and humanitarian aid projects in 67 countries. Projects are run in close collaboration with the beneficiaries, who are the primary participants to their own development. Tdh acts directly or work with about 1000 local and national civil society organizations; assistance in their institutional development is a key element in this collaboration. Tdh also enables children to participate in the life of their community and in decisions affecting them, in accordance with their age and maturity. (…)
