The report analyses cases in the implementation of the asylum law that are problematic in terms of child rights. The goal was not to provide a representative overview, but to summarize and put together the most problematic cases and highlight the typical challenges children face when the law is implemented. It also shows how their rights are violated and how the responsibility to protect children is put aside behind the restrictive immigration policy. The report is available in French, German and Italian
