REGIONAL REPORT - 2003

This Regional Report is a synthesis of the National Reports from the following countries: Albania, Bulgaria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro, and Slovenia. The report intends to offer a picture of the current situation (forms of trafficking, profile of the victims, routes of trafficking) and the existing responses at different levels: governmental, NGOs, international organizations. The data was collected since 2002 until 2003, and updated with the most important legislative changes made at the beginning of 2004. The report is finalized with a set of recommendations for different stakeholders.
