The UN Office on Drugs and Crime produced a report on trafficking trends and patterns worldwide. The findings a trend of increased trafficking with sexual exploitation of victims being the key driver. According to the report, children account to as much as 30% of victims of traffickingin human beings, among whom girls are majority.
