with a focus on sexual abuse

This manual is published within the framework of the Project “Child Protection from Sexual Abuse in Albania”, financed by the Australian Embassy “Direct Aid Programme”, implemented by the Organization “Children Today”. Throughout the manual it is delivered information, advices and activities for parents to help them to protect their children from sexual abuse. The aim is to help them to improve communicative abilities and child safety and protection.

The manual is composed by two parts: The first part covers the theoretical framework for parents about child abuse; the second part covers practical information on how to address abuse and the importance of effective communication with children.
