This document provides approximate figures regarding the number of youth who are susceptible to abuse within England. 

The text within this document seeks to spotlight attention on youth who are inadvertently neglected systematically. Such youth are:

  • Missing
  • Not yet revealed to the attention of organizations or relevant actors
  • Part of a statistical bracket in which little to no information is possessed by authorities on this particular bracket.
  • Part of a bracket that yields minimal public attention

The approximated figures featured in this report are prefatory and experimental because:

  1. "Vulnerability" is utilized in various ways, therefore an increased amount of notional work is needed to better the definition and the accuracy of construct that is to be calculated
  2. The information present in the document is limited with inconsistencies in its measurement

The term "vulnerability" is used in this report to refer to the necessities and obstacles youth front which may or may not enable them to live with robust health, content, and security throughout their lives.
