details

Publisher:  Terre des hommes Albania Publication type:  Guide / Guidelines / Principle

There is a legal basis for multi-agency collaboration especially within the Family Law, the new Law on Justice for Children, (and other laws as well), the WHO Framework Protocol for treatment in the protection of children from abuse and neglect, and CSW Case Management Procedures and Standards, which allows all agency representatives to come together in cases of children exposed to violence, abuse or exploitation.

Multi-agency collaboration between the CSW, police and other agencies will be reinforced by appointment and training of child protection focal points in each agency designated to participate in multi-agency case management.
