This pocket guide was developed by UNICEF in Serbia, in cooperation with UNICEF from Bulgaria and partners, as part of a mentoring program that facilitated UNICEF's Gender-Based Violence Team in Emergency Situations from Serbia. Mentoring was aimed at directing partners working with girls - refugees and migrant women, as well as with Roma women - to improve their own work programs with girls, increasing their safety and resilience. The contents of the pocket guide were elaborated by all participants, through the process of joint learning and sharing of experiences.
