This report presents a study of juvenile violence in Europe, with three objectives: 1. to review trends in juvenile violence in the countries of the European Union; 2. to provide an overview of crime prevention and intervention policies aimed at juvenile violence in the 15 countries that were members of the European Union in January 2004; 3. to provide information on effective programmes and interventions.
