Innocenti Discussion Paper DP 2018-04

UNICEF has published a paper analyzing available tools, guidelines and formats used to monitor and evaluate how different actors and agencies have been responding to the migrant crisis on the national level. The paper stressed the importance of integrating all of them in a comprehensive framework to ensure child`s best interest and rights are protected.
