About the webinar:

This webinar will explore how to ensure child-centred procedures are in place in the criminal proceedings and how to avoid the risk of conflict with child protection proceedings. Join us to learn about the legal and practical issues involved in ensuring the right safeguards are in place.  We will consider what legal and social professionals need to think together about to ensure effective justice and to avoid re-traumatisation of the child. This seminar is aimed at practitioners, representatives of professional organisations as well as policymakers concerned with child victims of violence in criminal proceedings.
