About Webinar:

In the first webinar, we are going to introduce the basics of telephone counselling. We are going to talk about specific phases of counselling  conversation and guidelines for each phase. Also, we will talk about possible interventions and how to give support to the caller, even if it is impossible to see his face expression or body position. Through our experience and examples from Brave Phone, we will try to bring you closer to the telephone counselling for both children and adults.

About the presenter:
Ines Rozo is proudly named “Vječna Hrabiša” (Brave Phone member forever) after working for ten years for Brave Phone, first as a volunteer, then as s coordinator for telephone and online counselling, and now she is a member of educational-supervising team and Governing board of Brave Phone. 
In the self-isolation she is writing her PhD and psychological articles for Psychological Association of Zagreb, spends a lot of time speaking on the phone and finally has time to read and watch shows.
